By accessing or using KopaFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and organisations using the platform.
KopaFlow is a multi-tenant loan management platform that enables financial institutions to manage loan applications, repayments, customers, and reports. The Service is provided by Gantalect, a software company registered in Zambia.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; transmit malware or harmful code; scrape or systematically extract data; use the Service to facilitate fraud; or resell or sub-license the Service without written consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are stated in USD or ZMW and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant Gantalect a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your customer data for our own commercial purposes.
KopaFlow, the platform, its design, software, and all content created by Gantalect are owned by Gantalect and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gantalect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breaches of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Zambia, or through arbitration as mutually agreed.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes 14 days in advance by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
